The annual HMS Pickle Dinner, hosted by HMS Psyche Canadian Maritime Heritage Society at the Port Credit Yacht Club.
Three course dinner with traditional naval toasts and lots of good cheer.
The menu choices are:
Option 1
Appetizer - Split pea soup with crispy bacon hash, maple syrup gastrique
Main course - Cornish game hen stuffed with chorizo sausage, shrimp & leeks
Wild rice, farro & freekeh pilaf with apple and celery
Roasted heirloom carrots
Natural jus with sherry
Dessert - Spotted Dick with lemon crème Anglaise
Option 2
Appetizer - Butternut squash ravioli with vegetable Bolognese
Main course - Vegetarian risotto with roasted delicata squash, autumn vegetables, lentils & crispy tofu
Dessert - Spotted Dick with lemon crème Anglaise
Fresh rolls and pumpkin seed bread with butter
Coffee & Tea service
Cash bar payable by credit card or debit only.
Cost to attend the dinner is $65 per participant.

Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination is required to participate.
Participants are invited to attend in their War of 1812 military uniforms with appropriate medals, civilian outfits, current service military uniforms with appropriate medals or business attire.
