2 crew wanted for Saturday August 21!

Join Psyche for a celebration of our home port, Port Credit Yacht Club, and its wonderful leadership! Sail Past is PCYC's great tradition and Psyche ends the parade of sail with a BANG! And there's a free lunch!

First come, first served. This event is a jewel in our season because of the fun, food, and camaraderie.

Schedule:

8:00-9:30 Rig and launch Psyche

8:30 Breakfast available on the patio. Grab a meal while we work.

10:30 Flag-raising and introductions.

10:45 Blessing of the Fleet. A short non-denominational service led by the Club Chaplain, Rev. Pearce Carefoote

11:00 Lunch on the patio (free!)

12:30 Skippers meeting on the lawn for briefing and to receive written order of sailing.

12:45 Commodore and Vice Commodores leave harbour.

1:15 Rest of the Fleet leaves harbour to rendezvous in squadrons.

2:00 Sailpast starts, with the Past Commodores leading the fleet. Psyche brings up the rear and fires the cannon in salute to the Commodores.

5:00 pm dock the boat and head home.
